Welcome Sponsors and Exhibitors! Thank you for your participation in CET's Solid-State & Battery Safety Summit 2026. Here’s a link to the exhibitor portal, wherein you can manage all deliverables and deadlines.  NOTE: The exhibitor kit will be available via the exhibit portal 8-10 weeks prior to the event. 

EXHIBIT AND POSTER SCHEDULE

In-Person Booth SPECS: One 8x10 Exhibit space includes side rails and backdrop with pipe and drape and a company ID sign. Additional furnishings and materials can be ordered through the event General Contractor for on-site event. Information for ordering will be provided in your exhibitor kit 8-10 weeks out  from the event.

EARLY BREAKDOWN: Exhibitors must dismantle their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Conference Organizer. Exhibitors who break down prior to this pre-determined time will be subject to an early breakdown penalty fee.  Please have return shipping labels ready!
