EXHIBIT AND POSTER SCHEDULE

In-Person Booth SPECS: One 8x10 Exhibit space includes a skirted 6’x 30” exhibit table, 2 chairs and one wastebasket. Additional furnishings and materials can be ordered through the event General Contractor.

EARLY BREAKDOWN: Exhibitors must dismantle their exhibits at the pre-determined time assigned by the Conference Organizer. Exhibitors who break down prior to this pre-determined time will be subject to an early breakdown penalty feeof no less than $1000.  Please have return shipping labels ready!
